In 2006, VRE, together with a group of nuns from St. Paul de Chartres convent, traveled through central Vietnam, bringing medical aid to people living in remote villages.

Over the span of three days, they provided physical checkups, medicine, and much-needed provisions – like dried noodles and vitamins -- to members of about 500 families.
