Chinh Chu is an investment banker who works in New York City. He has served on various corporate boards. Mr. Chu, a founder of the organization, was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States at the age of 9.

Thien Le joined VRE in 2005 and currently heads up the Disaster Relief Committee. She oversees the distribution life-saving food and water, as well as long-term rebuilding assistance, in regions affected by typhoons and heavy flooding. Born in Vietnam, Ms. Le came to the U.S. at age 9. She currently works at an investment bank in New York City.

Steven Nguyen is a director in the publishing-services industry in New York City.
He was born in Vietnam and moved to the United States in 1974.

Truc To is a Principal with KPMG and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He was born in Vietnam, and when his father obtained a job with the BBC, left Vietnam at the tender age of 2. He moved to the US in 1993 and currently lives in Atlanta.

Duyen Tran is a vice president at a real estate investment firm in Los Angeles. Born in Vietnam, she moved to the United States at the age of 5. She is involved with various organizations that work with children in Vietnam and in the U.S.

Jonathan Wall lives and works in New York City, and has been with the organization since its inception in 1999. He is an architect who has worked on numerous international projects.

Mindy Williams is a business development manager for a NYC architectural and interior-design firm. She is experienced in event planning and coordination. Born
in the US to a Vietnamese father, she became involved with VRE to remain in touch with her heritage.
